Description
The ColdCare CC-ONE is a compact, wall-mounted cold shower machine. It connects to the cold side of your existing shower mixer, chills tap water in a 35-litre internal tank with a Danfoss compressor, and holds it at the temperature you set, down to 3°C. No ice, no tub.

Using it
Beginners: 1–3 minutes. Experienced: 3–8 minutes. Recommended range: 3–10°C. Build up gradually. Cold-water exposure is not a medical treatment; consult a doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart condition or any condition affected by cold.
